I was discussing this earlier with my family and we couldn’t come to a conclusion. mine was that it’s midnight until sunrise

    I would agree – first stroke of midnight until the break of dawn.

    Greenwich mean time or local time? And are they aware of when the clocks turn back or spring ahead?
