Alright so 4th of July weekend my friend throws a big party like 70 ppl. I know mostly everyone is heavily drinking, smoking, doing coke, etc. I partake in just about anything handed to me no second thoughts. Not a single person at this party is sober. I met this girl at around 11 I’m already intoxicated but not blacked out or anything. We’re flirting we play beer pong for about an hour. We lose each other until 2am. At this point I’m fucked up I can still walk but I felt like I was on a Gravitron Ride at the carnival. TBH I don’t know how intoxicated the girl was I saw her just drinking nothing else. We find each other again and one thing leads to another and we have sex and i leave with a cousin. Now today I’m getting texts from mutual friends asking me if I raped this girl. they’re telling me that this girl said she was to drunk to say yes. I’m freaking out haven’t spoken to this girl since the party. If I was sober then I would agree. But at this party I drank all night 9pm to 2am tequila, beer, did multiple lines, and smoked 2 blunts. I couldn’t say idk how I even got it up. Should I speak to lawyer? Does what I did count as rape even though I was drunk too?
