Hello, a previous friend of mine is harassinge for a statement against his ex/baby’s mother. He wants me to tell his lawyer and a detective that she stated to me she wants hin to default on his child support so he gets arrested. At the time they were both working under me, I was their manager. I don’t feel right about it, at the time he was my friend but over time I have learned more about him. He wants her arrested for slander apparently? He isn’t a great guy and no, I don’t want to help him get custody. The child is in a loving home and from what I can tell has a caring mother just trying to protect her. He does have supervised visitation. I don’t want involved but the ex friend is threatening to have me subpoenaed if I don’t. He knows my name phone number and where I work. He does not know my address. What do I do?
