I watched a UFC clip with my boyfriend the other day and unfortunately that happened to the guy. I was like surprised at first because I didn’t know that was a thing but after a quick Google search apparently its true but my boyfriend said that happened just because its like a trained fighter. So I’m wondering how common that actually is? Does it happen with average people? I couldn’t find any reference videos on YouTube other than fighters.
Has anyone ACTUALLY seen/made a guy throw up from a hit in the balls?

Yes it’s a thing. Gotta get hit really hard though.
Most guys including myself have been hit at some point where you get an awful feeling radiating up to your stomach and feel nauseous and queasy. I’ve nearly thrown up, but not actually thrown up. If it was bad enough it would absolutely happen
Played baseball and softball, absolutely.
I played lacrosse and I blocked a shot with my cup that was hard enough to break my cup and absolutely crush my junk too. I threw up for a few minutes uncontrollably right afterwards. My crotch looked like a paint by numbers for about a month
Seen it. I wrestled back in high school and there was an… incident. And lots of vomit. And a forfeit. lol
When I got my vasectomy a few years ago, we found out that I have a very high tolerance to the local anesthetic they used – it didn’t work fully or last long.
I was awake and able to watch (which was pretty cool). So, after he had opened my sack up, and pulled out one of my tubes, he proceeded to snip it. This is when we realised the anesthetic didnt work. The pain was so intense and it ran like fire into my stomach, like a white light. I felt sick, light headed and there was this horrendous buzzing noise in my ears, but managed to keep it together. The doctor was great, realised what had happened and gave me more anesthetic to help whilst he got the other stuff which worked.
So yeah, a shot to the balls can make you throw up.
On a side note, I mentioned it to the my dentist when I needed a filling and she said:
“Yeah, I know, I have to use the stronger stuff on you. If you had said you were going to get the snip, I’d have mentioned it and sent a letter to the hospital to tell when what to use”. Lol. Live and learn!
It’s definitely a thing that happens, but it’s just not documented enough that it does happen.
I remember when I was like 6-7 I was watching my uncle playing a highschool basketball game, the guy he was guarding knee’d him right in the family jewels and he threw up instantly. At the time I thought any hit to the balls would cause me to barf and kept asking my mom to buy me a cup to wear everywhere.
Took a puck to the junk more than once in my hockey years. Definitely threw up on occasion. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend it lol
I dunno. In little league I hit a line drive right into the coaches balls, he was pitching to us, and he didn’t throw up. It was bad enough that he had surgery over it but he didn’t throw up. I suppose if conditions were just right, or just wrong, a guy might puke but I’ve never seen it.
Happened to me. During a football game, the ball hit me hard. I collapsed and started vomiting within seconds. Worst pain ever. I was 15 at the time.
I was the guy. A friend of mine threw a football at me, perfect hit on the balls. Felt pain, then nausea, then hurl
I have in high school. Dude took a ground ball right in the nuts. He shit himself too. He was hospitalized and the stories were that his balls swelled up to the size of grapefruit.
Yes….When I was a teenager a team mate took a shot from close range to the nuts in a soccer game. He dropped and puked all in one motion. Of course, as teenagers, this was the funniest thing we had ever seen.
I vomited my ball one time. Swallowed it and it automatically went back to it’s place.
Not from a kick, bit from testicular torsion..
I saw a guy taze himself in the balls once and he definitely threw up after that.
Oh yes, yes indeed, that is a real thing. It’s sincerely an indescribable pain and weird
I took a football to the boys once in university from a flubbed kick literally from 15 feet away. I thought I was going to throw up but didn’t. I was very close though. It’s like getting the wind knocked out of you plus massive amounts of nausea. I can only assume it’s like ovarian cramps for women.
I did as a teenager, though we had all been drinking so I’m sure that might have added to it.
I have repeatedly dry heaved, but never vomited
I believe I have thrown up once from a ball smack
Yes, unfortunately. It happened at Steak n’ Shake. He threw up all over the sidewalk just outside.
That was lame, don’t hit people in the balls.
OP is either a bot or fetish posting.
