I’ve even decided, since I’m in grad school, and busy working on some major upcoming exams for my degree, to only check all social media (reddit, ig, fb, chat apps) in the evenings only or end of day, and for a max across all apps for 15 minutes.
I’m hoping this can help me learn to prioritize myself way more. I’m almost 40 and I’m so beholden to my phone, mindless scrolling, etc..
Has anyone tried this, and have you seen significant results in how you feel about yourself?
