It is not like she came with a terms of use document or anything like that.
I have not, my buddy has. It seems to have fucked him up a bit, he’s even worse with women now than he ever was, and his self-esteem is shot because he feels like he can only get sex if he pays for it. He seems to have shame about it but is in denial about feeling shameful. He also has lost any romance in him and now holds this belief that connections are entirely about sex. He now spends his free time getting plastered at bars, trying to build up the courage to talk to a girl, gets shot down because women can smell how badly he’s hoping they’ll fuck him, and then he’ll get way too drunk and drive himself home.
But those are his choices. I didn’t judge him for it, but I want what’s best for the guy and just want him to not be so hard on himself.
I’d rather earn a woman’s affection than pay for sex. It’s more fun that way (the chase). In my experience, the act of coitus is more engaging when both parties actually like (and love) each other.
