F22 Just like the title says, I find it soooo difficult to maintain healthy habits like being active and productive (cleaning the house, cooking, etc.) during my menstrual cycle as well as some days during my luteal phase. Are there any tips or tricks on how to get off my lazy butt?

I don’t think this problem is necessarily cycle-related. There’s some discipline that’s involved that you’ll need to train yourself to do things that you don’t want to do. Maybe cursing while you get up to do the things will help jumpstart any habits.
I don’t struggle with procrastination as much as with just feeling so bad and anxious that it takes me at least 5x the effort to do the simple daily tasks which I normally do/enjoy without any issues. Personally I give myself as much grace as possible and allow myself to take bigger breaks. E.g extra naps, instead of working out I just walk on the treadmill or go for a long walk outdoors. Hormones are no joke, luteal makes me wanna rip my hair out sometimes lol and the worst thing is that it’s not like that every month so I lowkey feel psychotic and gaslight myself into thinking it’s all in my head but then I check my period tracker and I’m like ooohhh
