The second picture looks like one of those clothes selling Instagram models. The plain room, pose etc.
The easiest way to identify it would be for her to ask her boyfriend what the other screenshots are.

The right looks like Instagram, especially with the greyed out ‘follow’ in the top right. If it is insta, the fact that it’s greyed out means he’s following her, so if she’s super worried, she can try to find the person (assuming that it is, in fact, insta)
The right photo definitely looks like IG.

The left image looks like it was a screenshot of a Pinterest picture. The three dots on the right are also on my phone when i click into an image(used to save the photo, send etc). The right image definitely looks like Instagram.
