Oooohhhh this is a good one, I have definitely had people from my past reach back out after years have gone by. However, for me, once I’ve made the conscious decision to move on from something / someone, it’s extremely rare for me to reopen that chapter.
In regard to having an unreciprocated crush pursue me years later… I can’t say that I have. But I’m very curious to read the responses to this!
Huh, old crushes… I think I once saw a guy at a coffee shop and thought, “Was that the dude from middle school?” But, like, who knows? Coffee’s distracting.
