How can I tell if this girl likes me

I (m20) am usually very bad at expressing my feelings. I recently started a new job and met this girl there. While at work we always do every job together and talk the entire time. I’ve only known her for about a month but in the last week we have hung out outside of work 4-5 times. We will do whatever we decided to do then sit in a parking lot and talk for hours and hours. We share a blanket and sit in the car but don’t really touch at all. I haven’t made a move because I don’t want it to make things awkward at work, but I feel like the longer I wait the less of a chance I have with her. Please help me I’m desperate. (Also comment good first moves lol)
