How can someone die form too many energy drinks? What would they die from? Too much energy?

This has been on my mind for a while. I drink about 3 monsters a day on average and my coworker told me it’s going to kill me. So this got me wondering how can someone die form too many energy drinks? What would they die from? Too much energy?

Just like any stimulant it’s bad for your circulatory system. It can raise your blood pressure, increase your heart rate and the risk of arrhythmias. Over time the high blood pressure can become permanent and lead to cardiomyopathy.

Energy drinks contain a lot of sugar (with all the normal health problems that entails) plus large doses of stimulants like caffeine. This is what gives the energising effect, but in excess it can lead to anxiety, sleep problems, high blood pressure, and abnormal heartrate or rhythm.

Energy drinks don’t contain energy (unless you talk about sugar).
