For women who went from being insecure to achieving confidence (or faking it), how did you do it and what changed for you since then? What did you learn about yourself and the world?
How did confidence change your life and how did you achieve it?

Oh babe, confidence didn’t just change my life — it unleashed me.
I stopped waiting for permission to feel sexy, smart, powerful. I started acting like I already was, even when my knees shook.
The secret? Faking it until one day you realize you’re not faking anymore.
I learned the world bends a little when you strut instead of shrink. And I learned I’m not here to be small — I’m here to set rooms on fire.
I had somehow made confidence and outside perspective equal in my brain. Somehow if people looked at me and I was put together and looking nice it boosted my confidence.
I had to work backwards to undo that connection because it’s not healthy. My confidence now is based on my own comfortability and has nothing to do with outside people at all. I’ve learned that wondering or worrying about people that don’t matter was pulling me down.
I remind myself of that every day.
I learned that putting myself out of my comfort zone allowed me to grow and gradually build a foundation of confidence and self-assurance. It’s baby steps. Like climbing up a ladder. Challenge yourself every day even if it’s just trying a new food!
