Protesting is just a good way to visualize opposition. Does it accomplish much, no, but it’s good for networking like-minded folks. Best forms of protests are with your wallets and votes.
I’ve seen posts from people in other countries who feel better seeing us protest. Courage is contagious, and seeing 3+ million of us in protest across the country will add more next time. Politicians do care if they think it harms themselves.
