I honestly been trying to take the gym/running seriously but it’s like once i get home and finish my side hustle i literally don’t feel like doing anything and it’s starting to effect my health now. It’s like i mentally can’t do it knowing i need to i’m not sure why because i think about working out all the time but actually doing it sucks
How did you force yourself out of procrastination?

Try excercising in a way that isn’t hellacious and boring. That thing is different for everyone, for me is was Muay Thai and BJJ. Find your ‘thing’ that keeps you fit but is still fun.
Same, I had to schedule my gym before work to make sure I had energy for it.
If I get home, the chances of going out again are very low.
That is precisely why I started to go to the gym before work, it does unfortunately only work when I’m working from home. Only the thought of a busy gym takes away all my motivation to go. In the weekends I try to bike in the morning too, just to keep my rest of the day and evening for other stuff. For me it works, still have some days that waking up and going to the gym early is hard but I’ll pull myself through till now. 🙂
Do what you have issues with doing right away, nothing else in between.
So if you want to work out- go straight to the gym after work.
Newton‘s first law- What is in motion stays in motion.
I’ll tell you tomorrow.
This will sound kinda dark, but I remind myself that I’m gonna die. We only have so much life to live, so why waste time when I could be pursuing the things that I actually want to do? Whether that’s getting in shape, learning a hobby, so on and so forth. Time is still gonna pass and you’ll have nothing to show for it by just sitting around.
