    Look into The Sculpt Society postpartum series – changed my life after baby #3! Nice gentle slow workouts that focus on pelvic floor.

    I went to a pelvic floor physio (REALLY did not want to and I tried literally everything else for close to 2 years before finally admitting I needed it). It was insane how much it helped.

    Pelvic floor physio! It helped so much. It’s not just pelvic floor but also helped stabilize my hips and strengthen my core. I also had a prolapsed bladder and internal scar tissue that she fixed up
