I’ve been trying for the last year but I can’t seem to be able to sleep well or train well, I either oversleep and don’t train or train and don’t sleep well. What can I do to improve this?

because most people approach this as “push yourself to do it” – you will never be able to push yourself into doing something without breaking. what you should do instead is learn how your wetware operates and optimize it.
