How do I deal with feeling my ribs when I try to fall asleep?

I tried changing positions, but I always and up feeling my ribs and it feels extremly gross and disgusting.

    I’m assuming it’s because you are sleeping in the fetal position and your hip bones keep rubbing up on your ribs so straighten out and sleep on your back or get a big cuddle pillow.

    real talk, you’re not alone 💀 i used to hyperfixate on my ribs at night too. distraction + comfy bedding = lifesaver. bones are cringe sometimes

    Put a pillow under your rib for support.

    Cross your arms over your chest, palms at each shoulder and tuck your knees up. This is proper fetal position.

    If you’re on your side then trying putting a pillow between your knees and hugging the top with your arms, it’s also good for your back
