I know it’s gonna sound dumb, but I now have half a dozen different things I need to do, half of which I should have done days ago.
Thought of that makes me nervous and I dread even thinking about it so I end up procrastinating further. I’m a disorganized loser who keeps making same mistake over and over.
Does anyone have some kind of advice?

Literally. Why make it worse, just get it over with.
Hey I’ve been in the same boat. You’re not a loser. One thing that helped me is, I realized I procrastinate till the deadline is near – when I absolutely need to get it done or shit hits the fan. So I started making my own deadlines aka time blocking.
I mentally decide that task A is going to get done from 8-9 today
Task B from 9-10 etc
This has somewhat helped me get the important stuff done. I hope this helps you if you do decide to give it a shot
that’s relatable but yk what, start moving and just get it done
I’m not going to claim it’s a simple matter, but assuming it’s more of a procrastination issue and not a mental issue you’re having, you essentially have to just break the cycle. I’ve been there, it sucks not doing it just makes it worse.
Whatever you need to do, start it now. The first step is the hardest, any progress is good, then move onto the next thing. Take very short breaks so you don’t overwork, but avoid going on your phone or other things that will just distract you easily, have a sandwich or something and get back to it.
And also don’t look at the time, see it’s 12:30 and say you’ll start at 13:00. It’s a classic and we all know we won’t start at 13:00.
The main thing is to not fall back into this cycle, just get whatever needs to be done over with. If you struggle to get things done in one go, then (assuming you can) do the tasks over several days in shorter sessions. You’re given homework that needs to be in for next week. Work on it for one hour each day between that time, if you give yourself room to breathe it’s really not that stressful.
The same thing happens to me, I have to force myself to be “excited” about the task.
It might not be the same, but I have ADHD and the only thing that helps is music as loud as possible and just dancing through the tasks. Clean? Dance to some spanish club songs. Work? Music.
Edit: the idea behind this is to trick your brain into not thinking that you’re doing the task. It makes it easier.
Another thing that helps is downing half a bottle of wine, but we do not promote alcoholism and I got meds for that.
This happens to me all the time.
Here’s one thing that works for me, sometimes. Tell yourself you only have to work on the problem for 5 minutes. Set a timer. Or 5 things. The hard part is getting started — once you get going you often find that it’s easier.
Like I will be putting off hanging up a load of wet laundry to dry all day, but I tell myself I only have to hang up 5 pieces. Once I start it’s not so bad so I usually just finish.
Write everything you need to do down. Start with the thing that will take the least amount of time. Cross it off the list when you’re done and go to the next thing that takes the least amount of time. Blare your music/podcast/movie/show as loud as possible.
