Just plan it out so that you can walk back to your house accordingly if you do need to use the restroom
Some people can walk after dinner because their digestion is faster or they eat lighter meals. If you feel full and need the bathroom it’s totally normal to wait a bit. Try eating smaller portions or walking shorter distances at first so you don’t stress about accidents. You’ll find your rhythm!

If you need to rest after eating (not just because of the time of day), consider that you’re eating too much. You should be eating until you’re no longer hungry, not until you’re stuffed

Everyone’s different. I poop in the morning after breakfast everyday. I’d never worry about having to go after dinner. What stresses me out is having work meetings early in the morning. I don’t like having to hold it for a meeting or go at work.
I don’t walk after dinner, but that’s because I don’t like the feeling of physical activity with food in my stomach.
How fast does food go through you?
You should be asking yourself why your poop schedule isn’t during work hours. You should get paid to poop!

You put on your shoes and walk out your door. I, for one, didn’t condition myself to shit immediately after dinner, so that’s not a problem I have. Stop shitting after dinner, and eventually, the conditioning will go away.
Or if you have IBS its a roulette wheel of fun when the urge will hit. Sometimes at the most inconvenient times.

Walking after a meal is the best. The fullness feeling goes away faster.

You are eating too much if you feel that way after a meal. Lower your food intake. If that doesn’t work it is the food you are eating.

I shit once a day, but always from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. before eating, and I can’t change my schedule, it annoys me a lot, because I like to release ballast quietly in my house☝️ and…many times I have to go to VERY VERY dirty bathrooms, and I have to aim for the hole without sitting down😡.
You might have IBS, sometimes eating triggers an urge to move bowels
Also people probably don’t eat until they are in food coma mode, a lot of people eat until stuffed which is not great in the long run
