I currently deal with anxiety/depression. I deal with social anxiety and feel it’s affecting my employment (scared to get out there and work).
I deal with heart palpitations, panic attacks, stutter around others(I think caused by anxiety) .
Any suggestions?

I been in that situation and what helped me was sort of prepping before I go in . I would have some tea and maybe do some deep breathing. I would text someone and just try to not give too much of my mind to how anxious I would feel . It takes time to feel better or at least see improvements. For my depression getting some sun feels amazing or finding hobby that keeps you interested . One of my hobbies is journaling and it has helped me
Get stuff off my mind that brings me down . Maybe before work find something that helps release all of what’s on your mind . Sometimes music hypes me up . One more thing that helps with social anxiety specifically, was putting myself out there a bit more . I had to interact with people and would try to keep in mind , that people who respond or act rudely to you , are people who came in that way . It has nothing to do with us , it helps separate the way the person treated us from ourselves. There’s probably many more but this is what I learned .
It’s all in your mindset
