Just curious really.
On a train, and only sharing seats are available.l, what’s your thought process for chosing which seat to sit?
How do you decide which seat to sit on, on a train?

I would try to sit next to other women.
Whatever? The first one I see?
Where’s cleaner.

I tend to try to sit next to another woman, or a visibly queer-coded person. Or a dude with a man bun. You can usually find one of those three.
Facing forward
cleanliness, convenience, proximity to other women
I look for someone wearing headphones or reading. Less chance of them talking at me.
Next to the person who decided to occupy second seat with their bag, jacket or legs.
Next to another woman usually. And if it has to be a guy, i try to sit next to one thats got headphones on or something lol
ideally next to at least one woman. If it’s two men, and they are doing their own thing reading watching yt etc, it’s fine too. Unless one of the people is fat and is spilling into the empty seat, then i’d rather stand.
