I want to know the same. I’ve done lots of research, read books (six pillars of self esteem), tried to adopt the teachings but had no luck. I wonder if I am truly broken.
There is something keeping it down. Find a therapist that will help you find that thing you are hung up on. Sometimes its so buried deep, there is no way you are finding it solo.
Start keeping promises to yourself. Doesn’t have to be big. Just prove to yourself daily that you can show up even if it’s just making your bed or drinking water. Confidence is built like trust: slowly, consistently.
I look at myself in the mirror and try to find what about me is hot and attractive. Like I really hate how my body looks but when I stop and look at especific parts, I end up feeling a little bit better about myself. Like because I’m latina, my body is kinda big. And sometimes i fukcing hate that. So I sit in front of the mirror and spend some time looking at myself. Usually it works. And about my personality I always do a list of things that I love about me and things that I need to change about me.
take a step back and just realize that you’re really not all that bad, and if you really are, it’s likely fixable, and nothing lasts forever. it’ll happen when u least expect it ngl

You put in the work to earn high self esteem.
Put down others, jk. Do things to make yourself better. Work out, eat healthy, develop meaningful relationships.
Started MMA and got laid a bit.

Set goals then put in the work to accomplish those goals. Repeat.
Find things that you are good at and do them, help people as much as you can however you can. Action is the enemy of neurosis.
Stop any negative self talk only positive.
Find good friends and be a good friend to them
Depends on what is causing it? Weight, and being Skinny are things that could be worked on.
