Confidence doesn’t bounce back overnight, especially when mistakes pile up. But some people manage to recover and even grow stronger from failure. Is it about forgiveness, routine, mindset, or something else? What actually helps when your self-trust is low?

start with small goals and hold yourself accountable…
make sure you complete them because each accomplished is a step to building that confidence up..every time you do not accomplish a goal is a step in the other direction
I remind myself that most people are making it up as they go and many rules of society are made up too. Sometimes it’s just a game.
For me it’s your mindset: you have to decide to pay close attention to everything you do, until it becomes routine to not make many mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes and that’s ok. What’s not ok is being careless and having a lot more mistakes happen than with most people.
You can work on forgiveness after you stop making so many mistakes.
