I feel a surge of strength only a couple of hours after waking up. strong tea or coffee, even a shower does not give the effect of vivacity, I just need to walk like a zombie for a couple of hours and then I will gain strength
I try to always incorporate something I look forward to into my day. It’s a great way to stay energized until that thing I’m looking forward to is over. Whether it be dinner with a friend, date with my husband, etc, it pushes you through the day from start to end.

I don’t
By figuring out if it’s a day I have to work or not.
By sleeping well.
Start with a big glass of water, a short walk outside and something with protein

I usually plan my day the night before so when I wake up, I’m not all over the place. I know what to do first and just get going. Plus, coffee helps.
After the lukewarm part of the shower i turn it cold (bit by bit i m not a maniac), and see how long a can last, the feeling after is amazing
licking 9V batteries
Coffee
making my bed is a good start.
Haven’t done that the last 20 years..

Actually resting the night before and exercising.
exercise! go early enough that your brain doesn’t have time to think about it and then let the good mood flow
