We are former classmates and he thinks we are friends. He is short and stalky and has a dense build with dense skin, whereas I am more lanky, He loves tickling people and he is trying to induce “gargalesis” on me by forming his hand into a blade shape, and swiftly shoving it into my abdominal organ region under the ribs. Whenever i threaten to attack him in an attempt to get him to stop, he angrily tells me that im crazy to react with threats because “are you serious?!?!? im just playing and youre going to attack me!??!? He is also very intelligent so im pretty sure he is playing mind games with me. And I am seriously contemplating murdering him. How do i get him to get off of me ?

Why doesn’t he know you’re not friends? I think this is part of the problem. You need to tell him that you’re not. I suspect he’d stop after that.
You both sound pretty dramatic. But like with any unwanted touch, “no” is a full sentence. Tell him that it’s enough now. I’d maybe advise not to threaten to attack him, since he seems to be using that as a springboard to argue with you. Just tell him no, and leave it at that

How is that even tickling anyway?? Stop threatening and start doing. I dont condone violence but if you’re going to say you will do xyz, you need to do it. Otherwise he knows he can get away with it because you don’t back up your words.
Unwanted touch is not okay. When he tries this, say loudly, “Stop. I told you to stop doing this. Get off of me.” Maje it loud. Make it uncomfortable. Make sure people around can hear in your voice that this touching is unwanted. If he asks why you’re “making a big deal” remind him that you already told him to stop.
Your instructions don’t have to be reasonable in order to be followed. No means no.
In a loud voice, when people are around: Stop touching me. I have asked you repeatedly not to touch me. Why are you so obsessed with me? Leave me alone. I don’t like you like that.
