I feel so stagnant in every aspect of my life: breaking up with the man i was going to marry this year (i met him after being single for 7 years), i’m in the verge of quitting my job, i’m looking for a new one but no luck so far, i’m back home living with my family etc. But every week i go to a cafe, get my journal out and write all the good things that happened that week and what I can look forward to next week and it helps me to keep going.
