Staying hydrated, getting enough potassium, regular exercise (even light, regular walking helps a lot), sleeping, not too much salt! If my face is puffy because of allergies or crying, I’ll put a damp towel in the freezer for a couple mins (not to freeze it, just to cool it) and lay it lightly over my eyes/face for a few mins. I’ve tried the roller jades but they don’t seem to do much for me.
