A small weight has been lifted from my anxiety about the government. There are still good people in there, and The People are now angry and we can prove it with math.
Now just waiting for the inevitable big lines being drawn through the center of each party before the midterms and seeing which side ends up having more people.

I’m happy and I haven’t been happy in a long time with depression. My dad is in our home country said that he’s going to come live in the US with us when he retires. We haven’t lived with him since I was 9 (I’m 26 now) and I always thought that he’s going to stay where he’s at when he retires.
Somehow I always end up spending them alone or just parenting.
Eg. Wife went into ER this morning cause doctors aren’t in and infection, 2 weeks post op and still stuff going wrong. (Couldn’t get into a doctors office).
2 kids at home, so not “alone” but my god is could use the break.

Cleaned and played with youngest kid, who also has been sick all last week.
It’s… checks watch… 3:20 ish and i have been running on fumes since last week.
In a sense, I’m being liberated from my sanity, which is OK In the long term I guess. 🤗
No, I wouldn’t say liberated. I have a sense of well being. You know, like things are going well for me, and I have time to relax and do what I please, like: listen to music, watch car chases on YouTube, enjoy a burrito or a slice of pizza, get on social media and joke around w friends.

Like sir, do you realize that people making under 400kish a year will have their taxes increase every two years until 2029? That if you make 900k you get a 37.8k tax break? It astounds me seeing a teacher defending this shit🤢💀who does it hurt to help people not freeze to death in cold winter or die in places with extreme heat? Ffs.
As a Canadian watching TV and seeing ad after ad boasting about how long X company has had its facilities in Canada and, “Buy Canadian! Support Canadian!” repeatedly hammered home, I’m feeling pretty free and proud of my country, yeah!
I have never felt so much rage at being unable to do anything about something. I don’t even want to open my phone and read the news, I wish things would be positive for once. What hurts the most is how deeply my investments have been affected by these tariffs
Yea… liberated from my money, especially in future. All the extra tariffs will inevitably lead to significant increase in price for many things here in US, even for domestically produced alternatives (less foreign competition = no need for domestic manufacturers to try and keep their prices low).
I just found out my options are to take another year and a half of college to get a biology degree or just another semester to get an arts degree because my original bio degree was linked to 3rd party program that my college has no control over.
Europe is feeling liberated from US bought influence. Lower prices in international trade since the value of the dollar compared to European currencies has decreased. Less shitty US made products. Our politicians are finally building up militaries so we won’t be relying on the US for protection.
Also the US dollar was accelerating towards becoming worthless, like every empires world currency has before. Thanks to Trump the rest of the world won’t be dragged down with the US since we move away from the US before the collapse.
