Either in jobs and relationships, do you perfectly enjoy getting up and to work every morning
How many of you still get scared to act like an adult?

Scared? No. But I often feel like I’m a teenager cos playing as an adult. Prime example: we had a kick ass 4th of July Party and as a friend was leaving I said “really glad you guys could make it! It was great having you!” and we shook hands and did the bro hug. I walked away literally thinking “yep! Good job! That’s how adults do it!”
I’m 42.
I don’t hate my job so getting up for work isn’t the worst but some days I just want to stay in bed and cuddle up with my wife an dog for the day. But I understand I gotta go if I want to afford the life I want. It sucks sometimes but it’s what I gotta do
Sometimes when I’ve been stuck in my head all day.
Well. I’m 50 and I’m not afraid to say I feel sacred. Still dealing with the loss of parents and it has been a few years. We had a crappy relationship in my adult years. Even if I can move on with my life, I still feel like a child. Then I snap out of it and try to get er done!
Acting like an adult sucks ass a lot of the time but I get really cheap insurance on my motorcycles now and I get to pick what I do for work and for play and for exercise and what I get to eat so its not all bad.
Ill play adult if I have to. Not scared to do it. But…my wife and I still act like children (responsibly of course) and absolutely have a blast!
I am – 1000% lol
