About $280k on our mortgage but fortunately that’s it. I’m 31 and she’s 30 if that helps put things in perspective 🙂
I had about $40k in student loans after graduating. We paid them off about 2 years ago. Not all at once, just by tackling it since graduating even during COVID.
Just under $300k on the mortgage, plus about $12,000 in interest-free financing on the furnace and air conditioner that we just replaced. Wife has a car payment for another couple years.
We could, if we so chose, pay off absolutely everything right now if we wanted to, but both the car loan and mortgage are at very low interest rates, so I’m happy to pay it off normally.
Bit over a million mortgage. No other debt. I had $72k in our equivalent of student loans, but that’s all paid off years ago. Ive never had a car loan.

My mortgage is about 3x my salary. No unsecured debt.
32, no debt, never took loans. I spend what I have and never more.
After my divorce, about 322k.
That’s mortgage, exes vehicle, equity to buy her half out, personal loan, and 3k in student loans
Just the mortgage. Not sure how much that is.
Around 10k. I’m three payments away from my truck being paid off and I can really start hammering away at the debt
None really. Just got credit card payments that I pay monthly.

I have 22k left on my mortgage and then debt free.
