I see lots of posts on here about people arguing with their partners. Some of the comments indicate it happens for them rather regularly.
I can’t say that I’ve ever had an argument with my partners. But it seems normalised on here so I feel like I’m an outlier. So I’m curious about it all. How often does the average male redditor argue with their partner.
Do you initiate the argument? Do they? What kinds of things do you argue about? Do you find it happens more in the early stages of relationships <1year, or does it occur more as time passes?

We don’t argue at all. We have had disagreements, though they are few. We have had intense and sometimes difficult conversations. But we never fight like most people think of it.
I think we’ve maybe argued about 5 times in the ~27 years we’ve been together and every one happened early on when neither of us really knew how to effectively communicate and/or problem solve.
We used to argue a little bit, but mostly because I wasn’t listening. I started listening more. The arguments have stopped.
Whenever we’re trying to decide where to eat
I honestly can’t remember if we even ever fought.
We just communicate really well and its never 1vs1 its us vs the problem
Argue and have different opinions? Every few days. And we both enjoy it, we are different people with different opinions, not clones.
Have a screaming match or a fight? Never, except one abusive ex-gf decades ago as a teenager and one psycho ex who was kicking my cat in the head. My buddy was the kindest cat in the world, he never scratched, bit or hurt anybody… 😸
Once in a year or two, and they never escalate much.
