Specifically for people who work from home most of the time, do you change clothes at night again?
How often do you change clothes in a day and what does your laundry look like?

Why would i change clothes at night?

I wear my jammies until around 10 am. Put on my comfy but still daytime clothes until bedtime around 8 where I change back into the same jammies or new ones (change jammies every other day unless it’s a sweaty night)
Do laundry once or twice a week.
I change out of my pajamas and into my regular clothes. Then at the end of the day, I change into a fresh pair of pajamas.
I do laundry once a week. I barely get a full load.
I have a set of jammies I wear in my bedroom, that is cat free, jammies never come out of my bedroom. I have house clothes, which are leggings and a t-shirt, I never wear these outside. I have leaving-the-house clothes, which is jeans and a top, those clothes come off when I get back inside the house.
So I change clothes twice everyday, three times if I leave the house.
I full a laundry basket once a week.
On days I work in the city office, I change into more comfortable clothes when I get home. On WFH days I’m wearing comfy clothes anyway.
Laundry is done every 1-2 days because the machine auto-sets the water level for a small load, and we have a lot of sweaty gym gear to wash.
I pretty much just get up, wear my robe for a bit while I drink coffee and feed the dogs, then put on some comfy clothes and wear them till bedtime. Then I strip and crawl in bed. I only change clothes on WFH days if I’m leaving the house or if I have a camera-on meeting.
In the summer, my clothes are a small load once a week. In the winter when I’m wearing more clothes and layers, it’s a large load, assuming I need to wash multiple cardigans/shawls.
I have clothes I sleep in, clothes I lounge in, clothes I wear out of the house, and clothes I walk my dog in/ exercise in. So I might change 2-3 times a day. But then I wear those same outfits for a few days in a row (or a whole week for lounge and sleep clothes) so my laundry isn’t bad at all.
I change from pajamas to day clothes first thing in the morning (after a shower). I change from day clothes to pajamas just before bed. I only do a mid-day change if it’s getting too hot and I want to put on something cooler. I do laundry once a week.
I change my clothes in the morning. When I get home I run to the shower take off my clothes and shower and then into my pjs I go. I work with little children. Children are gross they are always leaking from somewhere they are like a germ machines. If I don’t shower or change when I get home then everyone else at home catches what ever the kids have. I have a pretty good immune system my partner does not. But still if it’s just my clothes I can do about a load of laundry a week. My partner on the other hand can do a load a day just with his clothes and how often he changes. He sweats a good amount and has super sensitive skin.
I change maybe every second day.
My “laundry” (I assume you’re referring to my washing, and not the room) looks wet and clean.
I think I’m one of those ridiculous people who definitely change outfits about 4ish times per day.
Daycare drop off outfit/gym outfit
Work outfit after shower or work from home outfit
Running errands outfit
Pajamas
I have breakfast in my sleep clothes, then change into dog walking clothes (it gets wet/muddy), then change into either outside clothes if I’m going somewhere or day lounging clothes. If it’s a gym day I change into workout clothes. Then shower and change into day lounging clothes or sleep ones depending on time of the day. I reuse everything but underwear and workout clothes unless it’s dirty/sweaty so not that much laundry I guess
I change my nightgown twice a week or more if I get sweaty.
I immediately shower and put fresh casual clothes like sweats on when I wake up. If I have to go out for errands, etc. I will put on nicer clothes. When I get home, I change back into my casual clothes. I usually wear my pants for about 3 days unless they get stained.
I wear sweaters over my clean t-shirt and then I can reuse the sweater about 3 times.
My boyfriend does the laundry so I use as many clothes as I want…lol.

I work from home so I just normally wore pajamas all day. Then I started going to the gym to get me out of the house, and to better myself. Now I have to do laundry all the freaking time and it drives me crazy.
I have “around the house” clothes, I wear them for the week unless I’m doing something where they get gross
I go through various versions of day pajamas (ranging from sweats to actual clothes) depending on what I’m going on a given day, but I wear my actual sleeping pajamas only right before I get into bed and change into day clothes as soon as I get up. I might occasionally do my morning skincare in my pajamas but otherwise they mostly don’t go more than a foot from my bed lol. I’ll wear them 3-5 nights depending on the weather and then swap them out. I do laundry 1-2x per week (I hang dry so it feels like there is always laundry being done)
Jim jams from bed. Change into my daytime clothes. If I’m working from home then I’ll wear that til the end of the day unless I am exercising. If I go to the office I have to wear different clothes and then I’ll be hot by the time I get home so I’ll change when I get home.
I WFH and I have out of the house clothes and in the house clothes. So I put on my WFH clothes then after work if I go to the gym I put on those clothes or if I run errands I have other clothes (usually just changing bottoms). Then I have post shower lounge wear and pajamas i only wear in bed so there’s no cat fur on them. I re wear stuff too. Like pajamas 3x etc. I do laundry weekly.
I change from pajamas into regular clothes (yoga pants and a T-shirt) first thing. I usually just wear those until the end of the day. If I’m going out, sometimes I’ll put on nicer clothing, but not usually. I can wear the same shirt and pants for a few days so long as I’m not working outside or go out in public (I’m a social sweaty person – usually only sweat while talking to people).
Laundry is split between pants, shirts, and underwear/towels. One load of each in a regular week, but 80% of the clothes in the load are my husband’s. He changes shirts at least once a day as he’s constantly spilling things on himself.
i dont change unless im going to/from work, outside or its been nearly 24hrs of couch potatoing.
I WFH. If i don’t go to the gym before work, I’ll change out of PJs into comfy clothes, generally trackies and a t shirt with a hoodie. I have a collared shirt in my home office that I put on if I have client calls lol ☠️ if I need to go out during the day or after work (appointment, shops) I’ll change into casual outside clothes like jeans and usually the same t shirt. If I go for a walk I might change into active wear, or just wear my trackies and t shirt if it’s a quick one. If I workout at lunch or after work, I’ll change into active wear and then back into daytime comfies but fresh underwear and socks for the rest of the day/evening. Then it’s back into PJs after my night shower right before bed. My PJs are either… nothing, or a shirt and socks that I’ll wear for a few nights (plus clean undies, obviously)
My partner has a uniform, so 5x shirts and 1-2x pants. He’ll usually wear 1-2 pairs of casual pants at home after work, often with his work shirt. We do laundry every weekend and its generally 2 full loads (in our house we do blacks and darks insread of lights and darks 😂) plus a delicates load if needed.
I change clothes a lot. My laundry is monumental.
I put on fresh clothes in the morning and keep it on until it’s time for bed. Then I change into my sleeping clothes.
I work at home. I change out of Pajamas in the morning every day. Then because I am at home my work clothes can be casual. I may change one more time if I work out or am going to an event. And then I put Pajamas in at night.
So 2 times minimum a day
Day clothes for cooking, baby spit up etc and night jammies are different.
i work from home and stay in the same clothes all day, after work i go to the gym so i change into workout clothes and then i shower and put on a fresh set of pajamas and then i repeat until i have actual plans outside
I work fully remote. I wear a t-shirt and shorts to bed, which goes in the hamper in the morning since I can get sweaty at night. I wear workout clothes to the gym, also single wear. For work I wear leggings or shorts that I’ll wear a couple of days before washing. I have nicer tops that I wear for work to feel like a “uniform” and to look nice on camera. I wear those tops 2-3 times between washing. I do laundry once a week. I save all my nicer stuff to wash at once and hang to dry.
