In my experience if it’s daily healthy routine helps a lot. When you know you are doing the stuff you need to be doing you are less stressed and anxious.
Meditation (non-spiritual) has been a big help for me in managing anxiety
Doesn’t work for everyone
Try some things out
Go walk in nature, engage in physical activity & so on
