How to handle love triangles?

I (31F) am being so stressed out by my love life. I’ve recently started developing a crush on a guy (26M). Even though I’ve sworn my whole life I will never fall for a guy younger than me, I’ve said No to guys just bc they were 1 yr younger than me. But this guy , let’s call him drums, have been a new friend of mine I met at the gym. Everything I knew about him at first were things I’ve told myself I would never want in a guy.

1. Younger
2. Shorter than me
3. In the same gym as me (I don’t want things getting awkward at the gym)

Drums and I started hanging out with a friend group, and the more I got to know him the more I started to like him. I told my friends about it and she said she noticed that he’s always looking at me too. Then last week we talked for the first time one on one, and it was the most talkative i have ever been with a guy with actual eye contact. Our conversation ranged from things happening with our friends to how we handled past relationships and it lasted for more than 2 hours straight.

The day after that, another friend of mine noticed that another guy seems to like me, let’s call him Guitar (26M). He’s one of Drum’s best friend since childhood, I just like Guitar as a friend, nothing more but I feel like he’s trying to get closer to me. My friends told me that Drum’s sometimes looks a bit annoyed whenever Guitar approaches me.

I’m not really sure what to do, I don’t wanna ruin their friendship but I also feel like Drums isn’t going to make a move bc he also wouldn’t want their friendship to be ruined just bc of a random girl they met months ago right?

Is the best thing for me to do, is to just step away from the both of them?

TLDR : The guy I like is best friends with the guy who likes me, who I do not like romantically. What do I do?
