**TL;DR;** :wht to make my younger brother do instead of wasting time in boredom, which catually helps them to lvl up
Hi, Im a 21 yr old male living with my parents along my younger brothers. My younger brothers are around 12 and 13 ig. I’ll just say their shedule , In working days .they wake up at 7 in the morning get ready fr school and comes back around quater past 4 after the extra circular activities after coming back they have their lunch , play games etc and then sleep but during holidays as of now they are just watching T.V playing games and in a boredom…When I was their age I looked after them so had something to do but they are contantly fighting …..Wht should I make this guys do which will help them and keep them engaged …..At the end of the day they are teenagers and it is hard to make them do anything but there might be something that boys at this age do ….

You cannot make them engage in anything they don’t want to do. Given their ages, you might be able to pretend to authority over them and force them to participate in something, but you cannot make them like it, and doing so will have the opposite effect of the one you want; it will cause them to resent the activity, and you, and to disengage further.
About the only chance you have of getting them to engage is to figure out what activity they are interested in, and then supporting their participation in that.
Where are your parents in all of this? It’s their job to be raising your brothers, not yours.
