As you can guess, I have decent sized boobs and whenever I wear anything padded it just enhances size even bigger. Like comically huge and idk what to do.
My understanding is padding is paper and if this is not well fitting, I should get a smaller one. But I was buying a swimwear and anything smaller won’t fit my body. I would usually just cut and remove the pads but I don’t want to in a swimsuit.
This has also happened when I bought a bra. Non padded ones look great but same size with padded one feel huge.
It’s like my boobs aren’t round and full from all sides. They sag and are full from below so some part of the cup remains empty if that makes any sense.
Is this the normal experience of bra wearers? I don’t wear padding for this exact reason so I have no idea if this is how it’s supposed to be.
Another bra has like partial padding and it fits and looks great. But what should I do with this swimsuit that I have bought already? Should I just remove pads and wear a regular bra inside instead?

Why are you buying dresses with a built in padding? I’m trying to picture this and I’m not being successful.
Woth respect to the swimsuit, I’m in something of the same situation so here are some thoughts: What is the goal to keeping the bra inside the swimsuit? Is it to keep it from showing nipples by being too sheer or do you need the bra in the swimsuit for support? If it’s a one piece suit it probably has a shelf bra. If it’s a two piece there may be more support from the top itself so the lining may be to keep nipples from showing. You could cut the padding out while leaving the lining in ther3 if you use small sharp sewing scissors and are careful.
If the goal is partly support from the bra sewn in a one piece suit, I’d leave the overall shelf bra structure there and see if you can cut out part of the padding. If you turn the bra part inside out you can see if it has a layer inside as well as the part closest to your breast with the padding sandwiched between. If so, you could cut into the bra part and pull out or cut away the padding while leaving the lining there for some privacy from being too sheer. If it’s sewn together with the outer part of the suit this may not work but you may still be able to cut into the lining on the inside snd get the padding out.
If you don’t want the support just cut the entire thing out on the inside. I can’t picture a situation where wearing a bra under a suit would look like anything but a bra under a wet suit. Also, if you’re spending any kind of serious money on your bras chorine will degrade the elastic and shorten their life.
An alternative would be to buy a sports bra meant to be worn on its own and wear it with swim suit bottoms, which are sometimes sold separately. They come in all sorts of style options from a bikini to a high cut brief to more of a boy short or trunks style.
If you want better fitting and supporting bras in general get a fitting by a professional. If you live where there’s a Nordstrom store they do this. There are also specialty bra stores that do this fitting and no I don’t mean Victoria’s Secret, Agent Provocateur or anyplace similar. Some have training but most don’t. Many women aren’t wearing the right size bra, usually the band size is too large and cup too small. One quick way to tell: if you’re trying on a new bra and you’re hooking it on the tightest hook, it’s got too large a band size. The elastic will stretch as you wear and launder it, so it needs to fit closely on the loosest hook when new, which will give you room to tighten it on the inner hooks as it stretches out.
cut out the pads, most are removable with a little slit on the side
have you tried boob tape?
also, the way you’ve described your bras, i don’t think you’re wearing the right size. you should check out “sister sizes” of the size you’re wearing, or get fitted for one.
