Clubs are the least interesting place to meet people. They’re usually super loud, crowded, and stinky with various types of B.O and cologne and perfume. The only people having a good time are already three sheets to the wind, the rest are secretly miserable but hoping to get lucky. If you’re not confident going, don’t go. Save yourself the $60+ for cover charges and drink fees. Try out trivia nights or live music at bars instead.
It’s a club. Do not base your happiness/contentment on a place that is completely void of self love and fuffilment. You are probably a good looking woman but don’t go looking for anything positive in place in which nothing positive occurs. You’re going to get to my age in your late 30’s where clubs disgust you lol. Hopefully you have a great weekend and keep your head up!
In many cases, it’s because you are attractive that they don’t want you in a club because you may be perceived as unattainable.
Don’t be afraid to make the first move – or, do what I do, and just go out to have fun with friends, and if someone hits on you, or you think they’re attractive, go and talk to them first.
After looking through your profile, you’ve been commenting about how much overweight you’ve been for a year. Maybe the best thing you can do is start working on yourself and your confidence so these type of things won’t bug you anymore. Confidence is almost just as important as being physically healthy.
like to not be allowed in? i think you just have to follow the dress code (some of which are really arbitrary), be old enough and pay the fee, and if there is room inside they let you in. i have never in my life heard of a night club actually turning someone away for any reason other than those above (or being too drunk already, having been banned already or a personal problem with the staff)
Not very. I’ve been not let in to a few venues and people do typically find me attractive. The one that stands out the most is that I tried to go into a club that was meant for a different ethnicity than me when I was 22, and they told me it was a 25 and up club. I’ve been rejected for dress code once, and it was a pair of nice jeans and a black t-shirt. I had seen another guy go in in jeans/tshirt but maybe i looked bad or like trouble to the bouncer? And once i was just not let in for being too intoxicated (I was).
So it might be that you’re big, but it’s much more likely that the venue wants to support a certain type of clientele that you don’t outwardly appear to be a part of
Being overweight is the only reason why. Unfortunately it’s a gross world. Some clubs and bars (most) don’t care as long as you have modern make up and style, dress sexy. But there are many clubs out there that still have that slim expectation.
show us your face we will rate u , meh who cares dude, men are legit treated like shit, I am easily an 8 8.5 if not more, and as a guy I have not been let in a lot of places because I was not bringing any women with me and unwilling to pay lol, I am sure neither of us should measure our self worth based on arbitrarily rules some night club owner sets.
I just don’t think a club is a quality place to gauge whether or not you are attractive.  Plus most people can look attractive.  Just gotta put some effort in.  Once you work on yourself and you truly believe you are worth the best and attractive to your liking you won’t need anyone else’s approval.  Â
I’m assuming you’re talking about a nightclub/dance club. I hate places like that. I hate the music they play at those places. Those places are expensive and stupid at the same time. The people who comfortably go to those places are the type of people who unapologetically wouldn’t care about it if I was a victim. They don’t care about most people. Most of the club goers never developed a conscience or good taste.

Like a nightclub or…?

Not very, if not at all.

Clubs are terrible, waste of time and money if you’re looking to meet potential matches.
what kind of club are you going to?
Nightclub? School club? What?
I agree with others. Nightclubs are a waste of time and money unless you’re just looking for a hookup or an evening of dancing.

Clubs are the most shallow place on earth so if you’re heavy then that’s the single worst place you could go looking for attention.
Post a pic I don’t know

If I was still a DJ, I would put you on my guest list to go to my club.
