I Write a Fantasy book and in one scene someone get hit in the groin. I describe everything exactly and want some answers on the questions and experiences stories. I want to describe reaction and pain exactly. And how persons react to it.
Would a frontal wedgie hurt more boys or girls why and which underwear hurt the most?
1.) What would theoretically happen when I get kicked in the nuts? Would I hold my balls and fall to the ground?

Depends tbh. Sometimes a hit would knock you down for like an hour, but others you can shrug off after a few minutes. Sometimes in a fight you would just fight through the pain but most you can do is grab the other guy and take them down with you. but yea usually you would hold you balls and go down.
Briefs would hurt the most but depending on how and the angle the underwear pulls they hurt pretty similarly.
Course you could always ask someone to hit ya. Pretty much everyone is up for the task in my experience
