So the title kinda explains the whole situation. I (19M) have broken up with my ex girlfriend (18F) about 6 months back. During our relationship i met with my current girlfriend (21F) and we have been together for a month now. My ex and I broke up in a strange fashion and overall the breakup was very bad. We hurt each other for nothing and well iam still hurt from it. It stings to think about it or to remember some things. I feel like im over her, I have no feelings for her and when she tried to reconsile a few weeks back, I rejected her attempt to get back into my life.
Yesterday i had a dream about her, about our relationship, about my and her mistakes etc and it hurt. Now im questioning if I really am over her, if iam ready to be with my current girlfriend, if im not just using her as a band-aid for my wounds and just overall am overthinking it a lot. I truly adore my current girlfriend, shes everything i want but at the same time im scared im gonna be the problem this time. Im confused as to what i should do?
