Hi I am 28 M from kolkata wanted to go into relationship but cannot approach any girl. After getting some inputs from you guys & my close friends I finally managed to approach some girls.

Girl who travel in same bus, I approached her started like yesterday was your holiday? then where she works I know her stop. My stop is just 3 – 4 stops after her. I met her on 2nd day this time I asked whats her job which is customer calling in bank. I asked do she need to go out and follow up with the client. Ask her describe any bad experiences and then asked good experiences and how long she has been working. on 3rd day I asked how is her weekend because we are meeting on monday. Where she lives. Now I want to test her I didnt open up conversation and neither did she despite she noticed.

Girl I met on bus stop I approached saying do you travel on this bus shes like sometimes because I saw her boarding that bus. Discussing about how bad service and needs more bus on same route. She has found an alternative then I said oh hi I am and then she replied my name is. Then I asked where does she works and does this alternate bus works for her or not. In the meantime my bus came I board on it. Next day she I was talking with other passengers she didnt talked with me and she just board her bus and left.

I approached a girl in railway station who also works in same office building like Hi how are you, how is your day going she was like who are you. I replied just a positive approach. She didnt utter a thing & I left saying Thank you.

I was roaming in office building since I dont have any work on my desk and we have office in two floors so I had a meeting which has ended. I approached and asked same question and she replied so you came here today and approached me. I replied yes. She asked is my office in this floor or different floor I replied different floor. I introduced myself to her and she told her name. Now She was on her way to washroom so I asked when is her lunch time and does she go out during lunch time. She replied she goes out with her group & I asked if she is interested may I can join. Now her lunchtime doesnt match with hers so I asked her May I get your no. so she will call me. She replied I will give it later. 3 -4 days I didnt met her I been to same floor. Then I met her all of a sudden and I forgot her name so I asked her name once again she replied again. This time I asked her no. since we didnt met she replied I will give it some other day.

I aprroacched few girls like this in same office building different floors with same question. Then introduced each other by gretting others. Asked how is her what is her job role, what is her office timing, describe her experiences, What her company deals with, Where is her home, how is the weather there, how she travels to her home. When asked her bad experiences dealing with client if customer relationship now she smiles taking long pause I replied Well i get the answer with a loud smile. However When met on next day when we cross each other she doesnt open up.
In all approach they asked me what do I do, which floor, In which company. Apart from that never asked about my home, or same question which I ask them.
TL;DR, I approached few girls after gaining confidence but couldn’t understand what is the position.
