If a high functioning person has a psychotic break and acts abusively, do they still pose a risk going forward? Also, if they fixate on one person (eg their partner) during an episode and the psychotic behavior is directed only at her, is she at risk in case of relapse? Is there a risk of relapse?

What kinds of cases do you work on? I’ve met a few people who work alongside forensic psychs in a variety of fields, from foster care to prisons. I was surprised that it’s such a broader field than I initially assumed.
Also, if you got to tell the general public one thing relating to your career, what would it be? Can be in terms of what you do, the theory behind it, etc. Rephrased: what’s one thing you think everyone should know about what you do?
