I am a freelancer working for a client. The client wants direct access to talent I hire. I want to prevent being cut out. Can I have talent sign a NDA/non- circumvention?

Hi guys, I am a freelancer with a client in NY. My work includes managing social media and content creators/talent I source.

My client mentioned they must pay the creators directly and it won’t be funneled through my business. Im worried that this could end up with my client going around me at some point and cutting me out of the picture/poaching the people I source for them.

I was wondering if I could have an agreement made with creators that they will only answer to me/my business and not anyone else?

Sure. You can do that. But if they violate it, are you going to sue them?
