I have studied nutritional science, hypertrophy science and physiology in germany for years both professionally and in my free time and have been doing so since my early teenage years. Despite having studied these things in germany I am close to perfectly fluent in english and can explain what you want to know. I have seen plenty of success on both myself and the people that have asked me for health or training advice before. No matter which problem you have, I have most likely seen it all and found solution for it.
I am a no bullshit nutrition and hypertrophy scientist with some experience in physiology. Ask me Anything about body image issues, fitness, longevity or general health.

Is it normal for a 59F to have limited energy? I used to be severely anaemic, which was fixed by a hysterectomy. I work part-time and currently don’t exercise, though I’m fairly active at work. In the last 3 months, I’ve hardly been drinking alcohol, though it doesn’t seem to have made any difference. I eat reasonably well, though probably too much sugar. I’m a healthy weight.
