Why go to rehab, when you are not changing your lifestyle afterwards? What’s the point?
What / who has been the most interesting encounter throughout your stints in rehab? And best of luck, you’ve got this!
Like the third time in 2025? At least try bro
If you had taste buds on your arms, would you eat yogurt with your mouth or your elbows?
How is your family?
What are you addicted to? Why do you believe you relapsed?
Do you WANT to quit and get clean?
It’s my understanding that you are usually not allowed outside contact , internet, phones.
How are you n Reddit?
A lot of people lowest moments are from being under the influence. The best way to not fuck yourself is to be sober and productive. Looking back proudly is a better high than using currently i swear to you. Be that good positive role model energy. It’s not easy, but that’s the point I think. And realize the company you keep for they are your pathfinders. Be strong and realize you can never know what’s going to happen next but you can prepare for it and the best way to deal with a situation is sober.
What’s your trigger

Is being in rehab hellish?
Have you considered finding a faith that empowers you? A lot of people hate organized religions, but to some, it is exactly the lifeline that saves them from destroying their lives.
What supports have you put in place post rehab? IMO, it’s post rehab that has the biggest impact on overall recovery….
