I’ve got a bunch of experience in the public sector myself and the founder of the org isn’t the greatest on social media so hopefully you’ll have some questions.

I have experience as a civil servant with a bunch of experience in the wider public/private sectors primarily in education and social care so if you have any questions about that ask away!

I think the cause of the org is a great one and racial barriers can be lost in conversations when you mention other protected characteristics. Things often become a bit of a struggle olympics.
