I’m from a part of India where we marry our own cousins and uncles. My entire family is super conservative that as soon as I graduated I left India and never looked back. Here are some close instances in my family

1. The day I was born my dad’s sister’s first reaction was that she found a bride for her son.
2. My dad’s brothers daughter married my dad’s sister’s son.
3. One of my nieces married my cousin when she was 21 and he was 30.
