    I feel you. In a world where dog-eat-dog the moment you stop thinking you get screwed over. Especially, by people you didn’t expect like family members. It’s like you have to on your toes to even survive. My advice develop a thick skin and don’t take anything personally and take care of you the 5%. The other 95% can be spent doing something else, but if you don’t take care of yourself the 5% you’ll be burnt out and can’t and won’t be able to do anything else. Meditation is advised to not hear all the noise from the world and sometimes answers come to you when you meditate.

    Block social media on your phone and computer. Enjoy the boredom and lack of thinking

    If you have a sick day to use, use it, even if you have to lie. Mental health days are needed.
