I don’t know what to do

I just found out my 12 yo great niece was hit by a car today, walking home from the playground . A hit and run but they turned themselves in.

She has a skull fracture with bleeding. They airlifted her to the regional level 1 trauma hospital. Thankfully there is a house being built on the corner she was hit at and the workers were still there. They called EMS for her. If they hadn’t, she would have been discovered by her younger siblings and her parents just laying in the street.
She’s the best kid, funny, helpful and petty dang cheerful. I just feel so helpless.
