What were some of the expectations?
If you already have all those degrees I’m curious to know your motivation behind applying for and getting into the PhD program. Is it mainly for the recognition? Like you want to achieve the highest level of education to your name/having a Dr. title?
Because I know a lot of people who complete PhD’s and publications end up just being Casual tertiary Tutors
Are you sad that you won’t be able to be called a cunning linguist?
