Okay so I work at a university, and I’m developing a curriculum made for audiences ranging from 16-22. While getting my stamp of approval by the person who’s does all the approving for people to teach minors, and offer protection for them.
Someone reported me, and they didn’t give me any explanation on why. Actually she said she was “warned” by someone about me.
The only thing I could think about happened is, my ex is a little person we met when she was 20. Me I was 26. She also looked super young, and me I look like I’m in my 40s. We had issues with people thinking I was a perv, and it was a mess. It was one of the reasons I think she broke up with me.
We also flirted a LOT. But that was almost two years ago, and we broke up after 6 months of dating! I’m just very confused, I’m an abusive survivor myself, and I would NEVER touch a kid!!!
I’m just pissed, and confused because this was my chance to teach, and I’m like wtf right now.

This is character assassination without a trial, don’t sit quietly. Demand specifics, document everything, and fight like hell to protect your name before whispers turn into a permanent stain.
I’d assume you would have the ability to contest the claim, since it sounds like it would be slanderous otherwise.
